About me

...in-pursuit of Choreography

I studied BA (Hons) Choreography and Visual Arts at Falmouth University and am currently continuing my studies with a PhD at Chichester University.

My passion lies in exploring the choreographies that exist in different walks of life. My current PhD research focuses on uncovering what choreography exists in various professions. From the movements of a barrister in a court room to the precise steps of a construction worker on a building site, I am fascinated by the way people move and interact in their professional environments.

And I strongly believe that an awareness of choreography can enhance people's productivity and efficiency, as well as improve their self-confidence and overall wellbeing, regardless of their background in dance, which is what I teach in my workshops.
